The attention to detail, the efficiency, professionalism and friendliness of the staff is a credit to Lavinia, who was magnificent from start to finish. This was the first and only venue we went to see and we loved it from the second we saw it. Lavinia and the team pride themselves on creating the wedding experience that you want, tailoring everything to your requirements. The venue, the food and the people are all amazing and Lavinia and Clare helped make our day truly special. Lavinia is also a dab hand at getting food and wine stains out of wedding dresses – a skill that came in quite handy for us!!

We had the absolute pleasure of getting married at Blackbrook House in April this year. Lavinia, Clare and the whole team at Blackbrook House were absolutely amazing, they took care of everything, even down to moving the wedding ceremony outside due to the amazing weather. The biggest compliment I can pass on is that they became friends to the both of us during the planning process, nothing was too much trouble. We look forward to our visits back to Blackbrook to reminisce about the happiest day of our lives.

The day we walked into Blackbrook House it was love at first sight. We just knew that it was the place to hold our wedding. Lavinia, Rachel & team were simply outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. We wanted a relaxed day about families & love & boy did we get so much more. Informal drinks reception before the ceremony (got to wear 2 dresses!!!), outdoor ceremony & fantastic bbq afterwards. The evening was fabulous with Paul Martyn & throughout the day Lavinia & team worked so hard & were so attentive. All of our guests have contacted us to say that they had the most amazing time & we have had letters of thanks for the invitation to one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended. Blackbrook is a very special place & our only regret is that we can’t do it all over again. Thank you so much for giving us the day which will stay in our hearts for always.

Jo & Lavinia are simply amazing, without them our wedding day wouldn”t have been as special as it was, the food & drinks were out of this world, service was 5*, the house and gardens are stunning.
