Being in close proximity to Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield and Chesterfield, Blackbrook House is perfectly located for regional and local business meetings.
Blackbrook House is an extremely versatile property, as a Victorian house, we are fortunate to have a selection of different size rooms, all with lovely high ceilings and traditional characteristics, accommodating groups of 2 to 150.
Whilst providing the latest technology to meet the needs of todays business, the homely feel of the house has been maintained, making our guests feel totally at ease and relaxed in their working environment.
Having recently added the Terrace room we can now accommodate up-to 150 guests for a full days conference or dinner. The front of the house has three conference rooms which can accommodate between 2 and 40 delegates depending on the style of meeting planned. The Terrace room is a beautifully light, 27m long room that can either be divided into three individual rooms or indeed one large space.
Being privately owned and managed we pride ourselves on having the flexibility to cater for every individual preference. We have a wealth of experience in the corporate entertaining field be it for car launches, team building, customer briefings, executive dining or trade events. Should you wish to hire Blackbrook House on an ‘Exclusive use’ basis we will be happy to provide a quotation based on your exact requirements.
Many of our corporate clients enjoy the benefits of a private board meeting. The tranquility of Blackbrook House enables large agendas to be addressed in comfortable surroundings, with professional and discreet service, whilst enjoying delicious light food through to exceptional fine dining menus.
The house is set in 6 acres of gardens and woodland, with several terrace areas where guests can work or indeed dine whilst taking in a little fresh air and the views of the Derbyshire hillside. Should you wish to engage in outdoor pursuits we have plenty of space for team building activities or just a short pleasant walk after lunch.
